Welcome to Our Blog Hub

The beginning of my content-creation journey, starting with this blogpost. Let's talk fear/doubt/insecurity around creating.

So, my days of creating something-- starting with this website, this idea of spotlighting Christian apparel brands, content-creation, this blogpost I currently type-- starts now. This isn't a day that came easily. Not at all. This day emerges out of many years of imposter syndrome (what really is imposter syndrome? It's one of those buzz wordy type concepts... I can identify with it though), insecurities, doubts, fear, and distraction (hello social media endless doom scrolling).

Honestly, I have been hesitant to create anything and put it out to the world because of my internal thoughts like "who actually cares about what you have to say though?", "would anyone even watch a video you post?", ""there's already so many content-creators out there, they have interesting things to say" and "that video editing and the effects, and the transitions, and the gadgets the YouTubers/podcasters use.... overwhelming... can you even handle that? Do you have the skills and talent?... prob non sis", etc. etc. etc. 😭

But here I am, I have finally pushed through all of that (which honestly, are all lies from the enemy...blogpost for another day) to create this website and now this blogpost. But this isn't a one and done victory. Tomorrow and the next day and the next day and the next, I will have to continue pushing through those lies to keep creating like I know I am called to. I remind myself now, however, to take it one step and one day at a time.

This is for all of you Christ-following God-glorifying people who have felt hesitant to create due to reasons elaborated above. We are CALLED to create! Why? Because our Creator is the ultimate creator and we are made in His image and likeness (I will elaborate on this idea further in a future blogpost). We are called to create in ways that glorify God, builds His Kingdom, and brings more people to the one who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, Jesus Christ.

So create. Anything. Something. Big, small, doesn't matter. Creating comes in so many forms. Just create and let whatever it is you create give onlookers a glimpse of God's love, goodness and truth. 🙏🏽

With sooooo much love,
